This PHAssociation video introduces the “A Heart Cures” challenge. The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) has devised this social media challenge, starting November 1st to help raise awareness for pulmonary hypertension (PH) and allow the public to give thanks (in the month of Thanksgiving) to their support systems.

Read about another one of the PHA’s initiatives the “On the Road” events.

People are being encouraged to record a 10-second video clip of themselves giving thanks, quoting “A Heart Cures Challenge” and then are being asked to post it on social media. The message can be aimed at a friend, family member or a stranger who helped them with a random act of kindness.

To find out more about the challenge visit the website www.aheartcures.org.

PHA urges US lawmakers to support bill advancing research into PH detection and treatment. Read more here.
