Pulmonary hypertension is a complicated disease to live with on a daily basis. Because PH makes it difficult for you to breathe while living your normal everyday life, it’s understandable if sometimes you feel like the task is too much for you to bear on your own. That’s why it’s very important for you to know that there are people who you can reach out to — others who are experiencing the same issues and will understand your feelings. Online support groups are one of several ways to get in touch with other PH patients. We’ve put together a list of five Pulmonary Hypertension Online Support Groups to help you connect with other patients. (source: Pulmonary Hypertension Association website)
