Hey PHriends,It’s the middle of the month, so let’s check in! How is everyone doing? Do you have any new or recent appointments you’d like to share updates on, or could you use some support from the group?
I had a routine dermatology appointment today, and thankfully, all went well! They froze a small spot on my wrist and sent a sample for testing, but my dermatologist is optimistic and said it’s likely nothing to worry about, just being proactive.
She also mentioned that my PH and other conditions make me more prone to bruising. Plus, as we get older, our skin naturally thins out (mine has been thin for years!).😉
