Day 5 “30 Days of PH” – Staying Positive With PH
Daniel is our spotlight “30 Days of PH” story for November 5th.
He shares his experience of living with heritable PH, losing a brother to the disease and learning that his daughter has the PAH gene. It all sounds terrifying and yet he maintains a positive attitude.

I love this story, Daniel. I have had the pleasure of meeting Daniel and his WW, Jessica, on a few Zoom calls. It was a group of us who did exercise each week. It was enjoyable, but sadly, the trainer went back to work, which did not continue.
My thoughts and prayers are with Daniel and his beautiful daughter. I have seen the pictures of her, and his face lights up just talking about her.
This was such an inspiration; keep it up, Daniel.

@jenc thank you for suggesting that Daniel share his story through “30 Days of PH”. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him but my impression is that he is a gentle soul and his world is his daughter.
I hope many of our forum members are reading these stories. Every participant put a lot of thought into what they shared and it is all so relatable and helpful.
