How do you remember those who have died?
How do you honor the memory of a loved one who has passed? Is there anything special you do to celebrate them on birthdays or anniversaries?
The sad reality of PH is that many of us know someone who has passed away from this disease. Are there any PH-related ways that you remember your PHriends? Perhaps a fundraiser in their name, or light a perinkle candle and reflect on memories of them.
