This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week, and it’s the perfect time to make that a reality. It doesn’t take a grand gesture; a simple smile, a thoughtful text, or a genuine compliment can completely change someone’s day.

Plus, did you know that being kind is actually good for you? The Mayo Clinic states that acts of kindness can have a positive impact on both our minds and bodies. Win-win!

So, let’s inspire each other! What’s one simple act of kindness you plan to do this week? How does kindness impact your life as a PH patient or caregiver?

Let’s see how many ideas we can share and put into action! The world can always use more love and kindness.
