I’m Thankful for the Friends Who Light Up My Life
Life with PH is challenging, and sometimes Brittany Foster finds herself overwhelmed by the physical symptoms and negative thoughts that accompany life with a chronic illness. This past Halloween, however, she was reminded of her own strength by a 9-year-old boy she met while trick or treating with her nephew. The encounter reinvigorated her faith in herself and her impact.
“When in a negative space, I don’t take enough time to reflect on those kind words and my own positive voice gets silenced. Positive voices remind me that I have a ton of fight left,” she writes. Click here to read more from Brittany.
