New information: Dr. Lachant has gone in-depth about Sotatercept SEs, and the nose bleeds are so prevalent, with all my nose problems at night, he thinks it will be a non-starter for me. So we will go with Yutrepia, the new alternative to Tyvaso DPI. But as reported to Colleen just a few minutes ago, Yutrepia is new, the VA is a medicinal anachronism and Tricare will probably want me to pay retail price (“whatever the profits-only patients-last pharmaceutical company capriciously decides the price will be on any given day”). So I will continue to cough from Tyvaso DPI, probably, and uninterruptedly experience all the SEs from my other PAH meds. Oh, and T***p. Oh well. Who ever said getting old was a good thing? 😐
