    Do You Have A Child Transitioning From Pediatric To Adult Care?

    It’s sometimes bitter sweet having a child graduate from high school and move on to college. The feelings I have experienced transitioning my son from pediatric to adult care has been similar. It has been going well though. You can read about it in a recent column.
