How Do You Get Through Personal Bad Days?
There are times when I will feel physically and emotionally exhausted just from every day “normal” worries and responsibilities. But no matter how I feel there are still doctor’s appointments to get my son to, prescriptions to refill and other medical related concerns to deal with. It’s hard to push through when I am so tired.
When I feel that way I try to fit in power naps or take my dog for a brief walk just to clear my head. As a loved one and caregiver to someone with PH, what do you get through personal bad days?
