    Hello, PH community!

Check out this video we recently posted. If you have followed Brittany’s columns in the past, as well as interacted with her here, I am sure you will enjoy this one. Britt talks about having a social life with pulmonary hypertension, and how she conserves her energy for making time with family and friends.

It can be difficult to prioritize social needs while also taking care of your physical health. People in this community have different approaches for going about this.

How do you balance your pulmonary hypertension health needs with having a social life? Are there any tips or tricks you’ve picked up that you want to share?

What a fantastic video from our very own Britt Foster, now Brittany Taylor! (Yes, she’s married now!) Many of you know how much Britt contributed to our forums, and this video is no exception.

Like Britt, I’ve learned that date nights don’t have to be big productions. I’ve written before about how to make them less physically demanding while still prioritizing quality time together. Britt also shares a great tip she’s learned over the years: sometimes, you need to take an extra day to rest and recharge before doing something you’re looking forward to.

For me, the hardest part has always been the guilt of telling friends and family I have to cancel our plans. But, as I’ve learned, prioritizing my health has to come first.

Check it out and let’s talk about this more!
