  Sometimes I Feel Like I’m Not Doing “Enough”

  Brittany Foster says that some days, she feels like she has the energy to make the most of her time, but most of the time she’s too exhausted or unwell to keep up with a “normal” routine.

  On those days, she has 5 reminders for herself to help maintain a healthy perspective on the realities of living with a chronic illness so she isn’t too hard on herself.
