Winter-time difficulties?
Folks, a question for you:
For the last few years I’ve noticed that in the winter it feels as if my chest and breathing in general are mucked up. Not badly, seriously mucked up. But certainly more problematic than in the warmer months.
Wheezing. Chest tightness. Light, non-productive cough. Flash pressure headaches that come and go reasonably quickly.
Didn’t used to be like this, 5-10 years ago. You folks notice changes in your “chest and breathing” feelings in winter, also? Can you tell me about it?
Brenda
