Meet Chloe. She’s a singer, really active on Youtube and she has pulmonary hypertension.

Pulmonary hypertension affects people of all ages, races, and genders. It is a VERY difficult disease to diagnose because its symptoms mirror those of many other diseases. Usually, by the time, it’s finally diagnosed it is too late. The average life expectancy is 2.8 years without treatment. Please help us spread the word by sharing, the more awareness we can create, the more lives we can save.

Chloe’s story: “Thank you so much for tuning in! I was diagnosed with severe pulmonary hypertension a year and a half ago, after having been misdiagnosed for 5 years. I was told that I may not have much time left, that I may never leave the hospital again and that if I did, chances are I would have to be on oxygen for the rest of my life! (Not the best news!).

I had just booked a tour, was about to release my album and was ready to perform my music around the world when all hell broke loose. Here I am, a year and a half later, feeling a zillion (yes, an actual zillion) times better. I am so incredibly grateful to be alive!”
