Although a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension can be devastating, it’s comforting to know that you’re not alone and that there are organizations out there who are dedicated to helping. Canada
PHA Canada aims to empower the Canadian PH community through education, research, support, awareness, and advocacy. It also has local chapters in British Colombia, Northern Alberta, Southern Alberta, Quebec, and Ontario.

Costa Rica
The Facebook group Grupo de Apoyo HAP can help pulmonary hypertension patients in Costa Rica.

Guatamala
Another Facebook group, Asociación Guatemalteca de Hipertensión Pulmonar, helps those who suffer from the disease to connect in Guatamala.

Latin America
The Sociedad Latin de Hipertensión Pulmonar helps those in other Latin American countries reach out to those experiencing the same journey.

Mexico
There are three PH resources in Mexico for people with the disease to utilize: HAP Mexico, the Facebook group Lati2, and the Arteria Fundación de Hipertensión Pulmonar.

Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico has four support groups linked to the PHA Association as well as MI Fundación HAP.
