Pulmonary Hypertension: Raising Awareness
This is Rachel. She is living with Pulmonary Hypertension. She experiences shortness of breath, difficulties while walking, and even picking up her daughter when she comes from school is something that leaves her breathless.
“The Israeli Pulmonary Hypertension Association was formed to help patients and their families cope with this all-encompassing disease. Unfortunately, Rachel is not alone and many other patients and their families suffer from similar financial hardship due to this crippling disease.”
