Daytime host Dylan Black explains that more than 5,000 people in Canada live with the chronic lung condition, and that another 10,000 may have it but have not yet been diagnosed. Before the disease, James regularly participated in physical activities like marathon running, skiing and cycling, but three years ago he found he could no longer keep up with his wife.
The couple talks about how frustrated they are that some of the latest drugs approved for treating PH are not available in Canada.
