PH is a condition often misdiagnosed and with a very short lifespan if not treated in time. After getting an accurate diagnosis, it’s time to rethink your life and adapt yourself to your new PH life and routine. Being such a serious condition, it might be scary to first think about exercising while living with a disease that constantly leaves your breathless; but there are several types of exercise that you can safely do.

    Thank you so much Chlo! I love your video’s. You are so inspirational and such a truly Brave person!!
    I was suspected of having PH but on very recent right heart Cath it was excluded! Phew!!! However I still suffer from significant shortness of breath on exercise and some types of exertion but now they can’t find out why! Very frustrating and difficult. Soo just too say your inspiring helpful video, other than needing O2 which I don’t need, has been very encouraging for me too!! Thanks again for your help!! God Bless and have a great Christmas!
