Yes, it’s also our birthday month, @Colleen ! Are you still planning to visit Cullen that weekend?
I have my usual dental, labs, and therapy appointments this month, and I think I might have another echo scheduled. I’ve been trying hard to pace myself with all these appointments, but I may also have appointments for osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I’m waiting for them to call back with my appointment, and if I haven’t heard back by tomorrow, I’ll check in with them.
Colleen, what appointments do you have for yourself this month?
Who else is celebrating birthdays this month?
We want to know what’s on your calendar and how we can best support you with anything this month.
-
Hi @Colleen your birthday π is coming right up! I hope it is going to be a top notch one – you deserve it!
October – well, I had my echo yesterday and that went pretty well no big changes. I have an ultrasound on my liver coming up, demotologist, ENT appointment and Dick has his Queen of Vertigo 2nd and 3rd appointments – she is helping where no else could so we are very encouraged by that.
The last 2 weeks in October we have blocked off for us – no appointments, labs, tests etc!
Wishing you Colleen all warm happy thoughts and of course hugs filled π€ with love and appreciation π.
-
Hi @carol-volckmann , it sounds like another busy month for you and dick this October with appointments. Is there a particular reason you blocked off the last two weeks of the month with no appointments for either of you? Or is this your usual?
I’m grateful to hear your echo went well, and there were no changes; that’s a win! Hopefully, the ultrasound of your liver, ENT, and derm appointments will also go well. Dick’s “Queen of Vertigo” appointments sound hopeful, so please keep us posted on all as you tackle this one by one. π€
Take care of each other and let us know what you two are lookinbg forward tro the last two weeks of the month. π
-
Hi @carol-volckmann ,hopefully you and Dick are enjoying some peace, possibility a short trip as we are in the final few weeks of October. Did you make up your minds yet?
No matter if you dedide to go or stay home, a few good books and cuddles sounds just what the forums ordered. LOL

-
Hey @Debbie Moore , how are you feeling post-biopsy? What’s the newest update with you, my PHriend?
@Tracey, How are things going and looking for you as we begin a new month?
@Col , @Aunt Lizzie , @Jimi Mcintosh , @Nancy McSweeney , @BethD , @Dawn , @Terese Tuohey , @Sally Hoffman , @Carm , @Marcie , @Rayetta π
How can we best support you this month?
-
Hi @jen-cueva you are so kind! We have blocked off 2 weeks to simply take a break from doctor appointments, tests, labs etc. We might take the motorhome on a small trip or just stay here with the weather being so nice.
I won’t forget to give you Dick’s recipe for his chocolate sauce which some times he adds a liquor so only if you are 21 you can have some of that π!
Okay, Dick says 1 cup chocolate semi sweet, 1 cup of heavy cream, a dash of vanilla, 1/4 t salt. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until it all comes together β€οΈ . Thicker sauce add a few mor chips. If you want to add liquor- one ounce of brandy or rum π .
So glad to hear you too use the term recharge … and you are doing that more knowing that is what your body and mental health needs.
Here comes light, energy, and warm hugs for you and Manny!
-
@carol-volckmann I’m so happy to hear that you and Dick have blocked of a few “medical appointment free” weeks. No matter what you end up doing I hope it will be relaxing and enjoyable for both of you!
I think I missed a post somewhere. What do you use the chocolate sauce on? Is it like a fondu? You had me at, “Add brandy or rum to it.” ππ€£
-
LOL, Carol was talking about starting her regular diet after trying lactose-free for several weeks. Ice cream was her top food choice. That was where that chocolate sauce came in.LOL.
-
-
Wow, good for you and Dick, @carol-volckmann ! I’m proud of you both; you know how important self-care is to our health! Of course, Cloud will join in the fun, too. π A short motorhome trip sounds lovely, so I hope that is something you two lovebirds can enjoy!
Oh wow, IDK if I am over 21…yet, but tell Dick, that chocolarte sauce sounds like dessert all alone, I would drink it. π
Yes, since KK moved out, I have not been going out as often as I used to, but I have been going out for errands, groceries, etc. I still get dressed daily, even if that means loungewear. π
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I’m sending back the extra energy, love, and hugs to you both.π
-
Hi, @carol-volckmann , you haven’t been on much lately, and I wanted to check in with you. Did you and Dicl enjoy a brief trip the last week or so? I hope you two are both enjoying the beginning of a new month.
I’m thinking of you and sending some extra gentle hugs and love your way. π€

Happy Birthday, Colleen! And thanks for sending me a reminder to write on this forum, Jen!
I’ve a busy October. Right now,Tim and are in MN. He has a training session for his home AMSOIL business, and we decided to use this as our anniversary (#16!) celebration weekend. We’ll be home next Monday. Then I have a full few days: Covid shot on the 9th, company for tea on the 9th, pick up the new lenses for my glasses, and then prep for another trip with TIm. This time to IL tosee some of his oil clients. When we get back, I have a visit with my CTEPH cardiologist, 6MW, and bloodwork, the prep for a colonoscopy, and early in Nov, I see my Primary and my regular cardiologist. Whew! THEN, we pack up and head for FL for the winter, leaving on the 19th, just after I see my opthamologist. I’m tuckered out just reading all this myself! Yes, I”ll take it easy, and rest. It’s exciting, but it is tiring.
Wishing all of the folks in the forum good health and sunny skies! Hugs to all!
-
@Terese Tuohey thank you! It’s great to hear from you. You’re calendar is very full my friend but I’m liking that you have nice things/trips planned among the medical agenda. How have you been feeling? Do you have any concerns about upcoming appointments? Praying for good results with all of them!
-
Wow, what a busy schedule you have,@Terese Tuohey ! But it sounds like a beautiful trip away with Tim. Happy 16th anniversary to you two lovebirds!
Geez, you are one busybody, I must say. I became exhausted reading about those trips, packing, and things hehe. But it’s all worth it when we make it fun, especially with our partners. π
Thanks for checking in and updating us; I hope you are feeling good. Safe travels for you and Tim. Please come back and keep us posted when you have time. Hehe.
Hugs and love are headed your way if they can catch up with you. π
-
Hey, @Terese Tuohey didn’t you have a 6MW/ appointment or something else planned this week? How did that go, or have you had those appointments already this week? I’m thinking of you and others who continue to have appointments as we close out this month.π€
@Col Didn’t you have some appointments this week or at the end of last week? I haven’t seen you post much recently. Are you OK? Have you just been busy enjoying life?
-
I am sharing an update from our lovely member @Terese Tuohey , She had trouble posting today. Please let Colleen or me know if anyone else has trouble posting today or anytime. Hopefully, that was just a few minutes, whatever the cause.
But get ready for an incredible 6MW result from Terese! She says, “It’s the end of the month already?!? I managed nearly everything doctor-wise this month. The only thing I did was cancel the colonoscopy. I just couldn’t find anyone to help this needlephobic person here with the Heparin bridging over the stopped Coumadin. I’m actually glad I did. I think one more thing this month would have overwhelmed me! I did get ot my specialist and had my 6MW – which I aced, BTW, with a report of 107% over expectations! I will have an echo done the first week of Nov, see my Primary and cardio docs, and have my eyes checked before we leave on the 19th for FL. Thank you! And in between I have 6 lunches with my girlfriends before we leave. At least going out to eat and talk to catch up is better than a dr appt any day! Happy Halloween, my PHriends! And Happy BD to you, Colleen! Be well and happy!”
-
@Terese Tuohey October was busy but you got through it like a champ and with very good results! Also, great job self-advocating around the colonoscopy. I can understand how that would have been just one challenge too many. Will you be rescheduling? Your even making time for friends. Sounds like you have really been working on balance and succeeding at it! Praying your results in November match the good news you received in October!
-
Hi @Terese Tuohey , what a busy month you had planned. But I know you also are preparing to head to sunny Florida in a few weeks. I hope you continue to ace your tests and enjoy those many girlfriend lunches.
Gentle hugs, extra spoons and love coming your way, sweet PHriend. π€π₯

Good morning/afternoon @Colleen You were up late on the forums. You and Jen just keep on going like 2 energized bunnies π°.
The chocolate sauce that Dick makes is for ice cream π¦ π. The addition of brandy or rum are for adults only!
Since the lactose free diet did not do a thing for my SIBO, I can go back to my Nirmal diet and that means ice cream this weekend π with Dick’s chocolate sauce!
We still don’t know what we will do on the two weeks we blocked off – no doctor appointments, labs, tests etc. Just having 2 weeks to recharge and relax.
I hope you too can set aside time to recharge and relax, you certainly deserve it and need it. Sending you warm hugs π€ filled with love β€οΈ and appreciation of everything you do for everyone! You are one very special woman! β€οΈ
-
@carol-volckmann well, I’m a child at heart but my drivers license claims I’m an adult, so I might try the chocolate sauce with that little something extra!
-
-
@jen-cueva Jen, loungwear sounds perfect to me. Like you, I do get up every day usually around 7:30. This morning we all (Dick, Cloud and myself) slept in till 8:30! It felt great!<div>
Wishing you a special weekend filled with good eats π, laughter π and love β€οΈ . It’s all coming your way ….
</div>
-
Hii, @carol-volckmann , good for you and Dick for sleeping in. I am usually up by seven during the week. On weekends, I often have an 8 am or 8:30 wake up. But recently, I only had my morning med alarm on, and I slept until almost nine this past Sunday. Manny was thrilled. But then I’m worried the day will be over so soon, especially with it getting darker earlier each day.
I wore lounge clothes again today, although I was dressed a bit better on top earlier for a work-related call.π
Did you get that ice cream yet?
Have a wonderful new week!
-
-
@Colleen Hello Colleen, Since your license says you are an adult and your heart β€οΈ says you still have lots of child in your soul and … you do have a birthday coming up … a bit of the extra in your chocolate in your sauce π will be perfect as long as you have a designated driver!!

Hi @Colleen and @jen-cueva I feel like such a heel for being missing in action for so long, but I’m here now and I guess that’s what counts. My next doctor’s appointments are in December but I have to say that after my appointments in August I’m about ready to give up on the medical profession. It’s all a bit of a joke, and the go to at the moment is to lose weight AGAIN. I’m not sure what my weight has to do with the fact that when I start walking I am overcome with dizziness and weakness and I feel like I’m going to collapse. Two different doctors both tried to prescribe Ozempic to me knowing full well that when I did try this drug it triggered my gallbladder and I ended up in ICU for 10 days with sepsis. So I should try the drug again just in case it only tried to kill me once and that might not happen again? Yea right. And I should exercise more, and I do get that one, but how? I have been very diligently trying to get at least a mile a day in but so far it hasn’t changed a thing because I now seem to be in a cycle of throwing up, being too weak and dizzy to get out of bed for 4 or 5 days, having 2 days of feeling ok, and then the cycle restarting. It’s been really tough the last 6 weeks and financially I’m frantically trying to keep my head above water. The pressure to sign deals and keep things ticking over is immense and honestly all consuming. In the moments where I feel ok I’m at my desk. I haven’t managed to pay my health insurance this month, so there’s not a lot I can do medically anyway right now. I have zero support system and I am frustrated beyond belief because this is not being taken seriously. Carole, my carer has syatywd taking videos because when I have these episodes I lose control of my limbs, my arms and legs shake uncontrollably and I end up clinging to walls to get anywhere. I have to say my boys have been amazing and they haven’t left my side for a moment when I’ve been in bed- they both come and lie so patiently in the bed until I can get back into action.
On the bright side, my kiddos got married this past Friday. I was feeling so awful leading up to the day that I was tempted to cancel, but there was no way I was going to let those two beautiful people down. Miraculously I woke up feeling like a million bucks on Thursday morning and was absolutely fine again until Saturday evening. It was the most amazing wedding and I’ve never seen two happier people or known so deep in my heart that they are meant for each other. It meant so much to me that they included me in wedding decision making processes and when they came out of the chapel to a parade of guests blowing bubbles, Hannah ran straight to me and screamed, oh my God you’re here!
That’s it from me for now, I’ll try to be more present!
-
@Tracey TRACEY! I’m sorry for shouting your name but I’m so happy to hear from you!
I wish so much that your medical update were different. I have heard and read bad things about Ozempic. Yes, you lose weight and fast but the potential for serious side-effects and health problems doesn’t sound worth it to me. I feel so angry and frustrated for you! Could the episodes you are experiencing be seizures? I know it’s not possible but I wish you could be seen by another team/hospital. When was the last time they did a right heart cath or echo? If I may ask, what PH treatments are you currently taking?
…but the wedding update!!! I am so happy that you were able to attend. Hannah’s reaction to seeing you made me emotional. You are obviously so loved which is the best reason to keep PHighting!
-
OMG!!! Hi @Tracey , it’s lovely to see your post. However, I’m frustrated as you are that you aren’t getting the care you need and deserve.
It is interesting that as I read your descriptions, I thought of seizures or seizure-like activity. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced similar events and still no real answers. My doctor writes it as “seizure-like” because she said if you’re diagnosed with seizures in California, they rank your driver’s license. I was told it’s possibly related to my medications and managing PH and kidney disease.
POTS is another idea; when you read, you are clinging to the walls when this happens. Is your BP low, too? I’ll share a link about that below.
The days you are stuck in bed with the nausea, is that before or after these episodes?
I forget which medications you are on, but I’m so sorry you are having such a challenging time with your health and healthcare providers. And, no, ma’am, Ozempic is NOT the answer!
Now, for the happy moments, Congrats to your kiddos! I’m incredibly grateful you made the wedding; I know it was important to you both! I wish the newlyweds all the best in their new chapter!π
And so happy your boys are there with you to love on. Please keep us posted. I’m worried about you, my PHriend! Which appointments are the ones in December?π€

Hi @carol-volckmann , you are on fire this morning! I thought I was going to post this early, but you beat me to it! Thanks, I know she will appreciate all the love and birthday wishes!π
πHappy birthday to you, our lovely co-moderator!You never fail to brighten our days. We hope you have a wonderful day filled with love, laughter, and joy. You deserve everything the world has to offer!πππ
-
Thank you @carol-volckmann and @jen-cueva ! I had a relaxing birthday with my parents. Picked the prettiest birthday for myself that I have ever seen! It was as delicious as it was pretty! I had to share a picture of it! The next day I drove up to college to give Cullen important meds that were delivered. I didn’t get to spend much time with him because he was swamped with mid-terms but the drive there and back was gorgeous with all the Autumn colors! I really enjoyed it. Tomorrow morning I’m treating myself to a belated birthday gift, a mani/pedi!
-
What a beautiful cake, @Colleen ! That makes me think that maybe I should be the one who picks out my birthday cake, LOL. I love when they are so pretty but so good, too. Now, one question, andI think I know, but not 100%. But, i think you could have an extra slice fo me.π
Do you perfer buittercream or whipped frosting?
Enjoy your mani/pedi.It woukld be so fun if we were closer and could go together for mani/pedis. I want to treat myself to a massage soon. Now, let us know what color you paint your nails.
-
@jen-cueva having a birthday is so important to my mom. She felt bad that she couldn’t go get it begged me to pick one out. She was thrilled with what I brought home!
Butter Cream! I really don’t care for the whipped.
-
-
-
@Colleen Magnificent Cake π!!! And what a wonderful way to treat yourself – a mani/pedi, a very special treat for a very special women π! Colleen one more special treat … a full body massage πββοΈ. <div>
Wish @jen-cueva , Colleen – all three of us lived near so we could take a day for a mani/pedi and massages!!
Sending warm hugs Colleen let your birthday specials keep on going β¨οΈ π.
</div>
-
@carol-volckmann @jen-cueva would you believe I have a difficult time enjoying massages? I feel bad for the person giving me a message. Like, who am I to make someone give me a message? I know that sounds weird but it’s honestly how I feel. I received a free one at the Ronal McDonald House in CA and the woman kept telling me to relax.
Apparently I need to relax more when having a manicure too because I kept being told to relax my hand! LOL!
-
LOL, when the nail techs and massage therapists tell you to relax, that’s a sign, my friend!
You know, I had the first one as a gift years ago, pre-PH. But now I am better and do enjoy the massage. It also helps with blood flow and some of the pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders. Now, I can skip a foot massage; that is one I am not a fan of.
-
-
Hi @carol-volckmann , I can see us three in the salon getting our mani/pedis together. They would probably kick us out; we would be so loud with laughter and joy. π
But I’m ready to sign up; let me know. Hehe. ππ
And I agree with you Carol, @Colleen needs to continue her celebration all month!π
-
-
I do believe you @Colleen – it’s not weird. Dick feels the same way. I keep telling him, he needs to let go and just enjoy.
Colleen, you give all of yourself so much of the time, it has to be very difficult for you to simply let go.
I am glad you did treat yourself to a mani/pedi big step. Big big HUG π€

Hello to all! Again, I’ve let time lapse between my posting. I do enjoy reading all the entries, and it made my head spin to read some of the (lists of) appts people have for October. I have one with pulmonologist and John has one with neurologist. I guess I did my fair share with all the follow-ups from my 3 hospitalizations July- August. But, November and December are full, especially December. Thinking of you all and hoping all appts result in good news and answers.
Colleen, happy belated birthday! Hope you are continuing to celebrate π₯³ yourself this month. I always laugh because John’s birthday is on Halloween. I call him my “real monster”. Lol
I’m still frustrated by the oxygen use, but on the other hand, so thankful for it because I do need it. In less than minute off it, I desaturate into the 80’s. This makes me lightheaded. Thankfully, I haven’t had to have a thorensetisis since August 30. I have seen my pulmonologist once since and things looked good. So, he waited 4-6 weeks to see me again unless I needed him sooner. Thankfully I have made it this far with no problems and have just over a week to go until my next appt.
Everyone take care and enjoy the fall sights.
-
Hi there, @DeLois Tweedy , you have been busy, my PHriend. Between you and your hubby, you two must not stop. Is this his first appointment with the neurologist? It’s a positive thing that you have two this month. Yes, I agree; you had your share and then some.
I had to laugh at you calling John your “real monster.” I had a cousin born on Halloween, and somehow, he got the nickname “Spooky.”Too funny. Do you have any birthday plans for your real monster?
Like you, I didn’t like it when I had to use my oxygen. But I reminded myself that it’s beneficial and much neededβin your case, needed; we don’t want you desatting that low.
It’s a blessing you haven’t needed a thorecentisis. I hope and pray that continues, my PHriend. π€
-
It’s great to hear from you @DeLois Tweedy ! Thank you for the birthday wishes! Do you and your Real Monster have any special plans for his birthday/Halloween?
Getting used to, or at least accepting of using oxygen can take time, but noticing how much it is helping is a good start. Another thing to consider is that it might be helping slow the progression of the disease. That is how my son’s doctor explained the importance of being on oxygen. Not using it made his lungs work overtime which made them more tired and sick. Basically, your lungs need a rest as much as you do.

So today is the 20th and in two days I have my last Cardio rehab which is effectively working out at the gym. in the basement of the hospital under supervision of a doctor and staff . Around 5 patients per group. It will be my 8th visit where they progressively push you each visit . I think the idea is if something is going to go wrong they want it to happen there. BP, Sat., ECG etc. checked every 20 mins. At the end of a one hour . workout they then spend 40 mins. discussing the heart , arteries , food , diet etc.etc. I learnt a lot about the heart . Being the only person also with pah on one occasion the doc. spent 15 mins.explaining to the group what pah meant and I have to say even I learnt things . In 4 days I see my Pulmonologist for a catch up .
I have to share that when the cardio surgeon was poking the wire up my arm into the heart I was watching on my own screen and when the camera got to the blockage in the coronary artery , and mate it was blocked, I let out a WOW and said hey doc, can you fix that? He replied yep,so long as you have paid you bill. Ha then I saw the artery all of a sudden open up and a rush of blood. Amazing. It was the same bloke who did my first stent but that time they gave me a valium and I snored through the procedure so this time I said nothing thank you.
Now thereβs this hill nearby which I last tried to walk up before I was diagnosed with pah seven years ago and couldnβt without stopping and gasping etc.etc. . Hhmm might give it a try.
My goodness living is fantastic . if I feel any better Iβll be dangerous . See ya.
-
Congrats, @Terry, on completing your cardio rehab this week! Watch out now! Your wife will have to beat you with a stick or tie you down to keep you in line, Mate.
LOL, that is too funny about paying your bill and fixing that blockage; I am still shaking my head as I type. That sounds about right. hehe
Now, I suggest you don’t push yourself too hard if you do want to try that climb. Listen to your body and maybe take someone or at least a cell phone to reach out if you push yourself too far, Mate.
I wish you positive thoughts as you see your pulmonologist this week. Please let us know how that goes. We are here cheering you on. But now, I don’t know if I am on board with you being dangerous. π
-
@Terry I love everything about this update! Congratulations on your last cardio rehab. I think your hospital deserves 5 stars for how they have that set up as a workout with medical supervision AND a learning session for all. That is really awesome! Enjoy loving life but please live it cautiously-dangerous! LOL!

As we work toward the end of the month, how are things looking for each of you? Have you been “treated” well as you head to your appointments this October? What can we do to best support you all as we approach November?
-
I am posting the following information for our PHriend, @Randolph Reynolds who had some trouble posting yesterday.
Randy says, “Interesting series of replies. Colleen that is some crazy cake. 5 candles, each one for a decade of life?
Now my question, has anyone heard of NT proBrain Natriuretic Peptide? The new specialist Iβm seeing had me tested for this. I looked it up and discoved this is something in your brain that your heart sends concerning how hard it is working. It is measured in pg/ml. Have no ideaa what pg is. Normal or younger people have a reading less that 449. Folks my age should be below 1800 pg/ml. This is brand new and could be very helpful.
Yaβll keep on keeping on.”
-
@Randolph Reynolds 5 candles for 5 decades and… add 3 fingers!
-
-
-
-
I’m sorry you are having trouble posting, @Randolph Reynolds . I haven’t had anyone else have trouble recently, so I hope it will not be an issue for you next time.
Regarding your question, yes, you refer to the BNP, a marker that diagnoses and measures heart failure. Many PH Centers have this as one of their testing protocols for routine blood work. You probably heard this when hospitalized but possibly donβt recall it.
Thanks for sharing and also for your reminders to keep on keeping on, my PHriend. You, too, one breath at a time..π€
Oh, and I’ll let @Colleen respond to your candle and cake comments. LOL
-
-
Hi @jen-cueva thanks for checking in, I always appreciate the love and support. @Colleen I know you also asked after me, so thank you! BTW that was one heck of a birthday cake π I guess most of the time I feel like I’m lurching from one crisis to the next, but we have to keep on trucking. I’m having the second of what I know is going to be a few days of feeling horrible and shaky, so I decided at lunchtime to come and get into bed. And the world didn’t come to an end, so I think I’ll just stay here for a few days,, except for the pesky client consultation I need to do tomorrow, but that’s just an hour. I went to see my general practitioner (I think you call them primary care doctors) at the beginning of last week and she asked how my last consultation with the rheumatologist went, and I told her weight loss and exercise were prescribed, she said HOW! My pulmonologist also referred to my rheumy as a moron ( I guess I shouldn’t say that out loud, but it’s a secret amongst friends here), but it did make me feel a lot better and less insane for being so annoyed by his dumb comments. I’ll see him again on 3 December so we’ll see what he has to say for himself otherwise I’m going to have to go on the hunt for a new rheumy. Seems to be an issue at the moment with a lot of people on a Lupus whatsapp group based here in SA complaining about the general inability to get help these days. It’s been quite interesting to see who has what to say about which doctors (very limited number here in SA) and there is no consensus as to who’s the best. There are horror stories and happy stories for each one.
But that’s worries for next month, for now I’m just going to lie on my bed and watch the beautiful spring birds flying in and out of my garden.
-
@Tracey I hate that you’re not feeling well but so proud of you for giving yourself what you know you need…rest! It stinks that any doctor would treat you the way rheumatology has but I guess if I had to choose, I’m happy it’s your pulmonologist who understanding and helpful. Enjoy your rest and I hope you feel better soon!
-
Hi @Tracey , I’m sorry you are not feeling your best and struggling with some symptoms. But I am incredibly proud of you for self-care and taking this time to rest. It’s never a fun thing we want to do, especially as our “to-do” lists seem to be never-ending.
One remark you made, I love, <b style=”font-style: italic;”>”And the world didn’t come to an end, so I think I’ll just stay here for a few days,”
For those of us who seem to run against the clock, we are working on tasks to complete our list. But I’ve had several times when I ended up in bed or hospitalized, and you know what? My list was left undone, and the world continued. I remember these times when thinking about feeling bad or guilty for not tackling my to-do list. At times, it’s been so long that I trash that list and begin fresh.
Hopefully, your rheumy appointment goes much better next month. But as your GP said, he’s a moron. You may need to find another one. Unfortunately, you don’t have access to more educated specialists in SA.
But for now, my PHriend, lay in bed resting as you watch the birds outside your garden. That sounds like a perfect plan. Thank you for sharing an update, and please keep us posted.
