  • Can Singing Improve Lung Function?

Last week, one of the forum members suggested singing and humming to help with palpitations. I came across this article and wanted to share it here. I shared it in the exercise subforum because it is an exercise for our lungs.

This article shares 5 benefits of singing to help improve lung function. It’s a bit funny for me because, before PH, I often enjoyed karaoke. Now, I usually stick to singing around the house or in the car, but become SOB and stop most times before the end of the song. Do you have this problem too?

Please give this article a read, and let’s talk about it. Do you enjoy singing? If so, do you feel like it improves your lungs in any way?
