I admire and appreciate Dr. Sahay’s passion for his patients and the PH community. However, when asked to write for this campaign., he immediately went into sharing how his patients have taught him so much. We had to ask him to start with a little more about himself. That in itself says a lot!
Houston and the general PH community are fortunate to have specialists like Dr. Sahay, who we can entrust with our lives.
Give this one a read, and let’s talk about how your PH specialist would describe themselves. I know mine would be the same. He’s been in the PH community longer than I have and is caring and passionate about what he does.

I think just the fact that Dr. Sahay took time out of his busy schedule to participate in the “30 Days of PH” campaign is an example of what type of doctor he is!
His story shows the human side of PH specialists…as side I think sometimes we forget is there. Have you ever thought about how much you might inspire your doctor? How much they empathize with what you are going through and take it to heart?
