  Do you experience constipation?

  I know that we discussed diarrhea last week. But some medications can cause the opposite effect, constipation. I have been struggling with constipation for a few days. I know that some of my pain meds and fluid restriction contribute to this.

  Do you experience constipation? If so, what helps you? I have used an over-the-counter stool softener and a fiber-laxative powder when needed to help me.
