Does anyone else struggle like me with keeping in touch with their loved ones while managing the battle of PH and well-being?
My go-to therapist always provides me with excellent strategies, but I’ve learned that some days, it’s perfectly fine to practice some “me time.” Is there any member of your healthcare team that supports you with more practical guidance on balancing life with PH?
