    Have You Cleaned Your Air Ducts Lately?

    I know we are all in a summer state of mind but there are some things we could be doing to prepare for winter. When was the last time you had your air ducts and house vents cleaned? Do you notice an increase in symptoms when you don’t maintain them? Do you notice an improvement when you do?

    We have a cat and dog and should probably clean ours more often than we do. In fact, we are long over-due so I’ve been thinking about this. Share your thoughts.
