      Mental health is often left out of the conversation. But, we all know how important mental health is to our overall health. Frequent check-ins with ourselves and one another are crucial to catching things before it gets out of control.

      Anxiety and depression are the two mental health concerns that I hear from within the greater PH community. During the holidays, many report an increase in these mental health flares.

      We want to support you wherever you are at this week. Virtual hugs, positive thoughts, and prayers are coming to you all.

      So, how is your mental health this week? Is there something you have found that helps you keep your mental health in check?
