Hi Colleen, I believe developing AI to aid, advance diagnosing PH and other diseases in medicine more effectively and less invasive methods is the positive side of AI. I just wish there was some way through regulation man kind would not be able to use it to negatively harm, missuse the knowledge out of self interest dessiving the public. I am all for it uses in aiding the scientific world.

So glad you brought this article to our attention – thank you! 😊

@Carol Volckmann and @jen-cueva I agree. It’s a shame how mankind often abuses advancements of an kind. This is the first time I’ve approved of an AI generated anything! My opinion before reading this article is that not only is AI deceitful but I fear it’s going to make people even lazier than they have already become.

Yeah, @Colleen, I heard a teacher speak yesterday about how our children are already not learning how to do math and write. Instead, it’s to work a computer. As you mentioned, I feel people will become dependent on these things and lazy in many areas.

Hi, @Colleen. Thanks so much for sharing this, as AI is a hot topic today across various areas of our lives. But like @Carol Volckmann, I think AI can help with earlier diagnosis, and anything related to advancements in medicine is a positive thing about AI.

Now, when I read articles about AI taking over our areas of writing and other similar things, it’s complicated and saddens me. I don’t agree that AI can offer as much as we do with our real-world experiences.

So, thanks for sharing this one again, and I hope others will also share their thoughts on this hot topic of AI in our lives!

Using AI as a first-pass diagnostic tool could be helpful as long as conventional methods were then used to confirm. Diagnosis of PH seems always to have been a slow process.
