@ripple76 is having posting issues and asked me to share the following.

“My friend who had PAH passed away last weekend. This was particularly sad because he had been diagnosed with the disease only a three months ago and had not gotten to see my PAH specialist in Phoenix. He was scheduled this week but came down with double pneumonia and died in the ICU. It is my thinking that had he been into see the specialist within a month, as I was, he might have survived. I had mentioned him in an earlier message.” Randy

Randy, I am so, deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your friend. I’m sure the news hit you hard. It is a shame he didn’t get a chance to see the specialist but at least he had your friendship, and your PH knowledge to help him through what I’m sure were 3 difficult months. I’m keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

(Randy, check your direct messages. I responded to your posting issue there.)

Hi @ripple76, again, I am so sorry to hear about your friend’s passing. I can bet, as Colleen says, that you helped him more than you know. It is unfortunate; he did not make it to see the PH specialist.

I know many of us have lost PHriends, and it hits hard. It sounds like your PHriend had a difficult few months. I am grateful that he had you, even if for a short time.

My apologies that you are having issues with posting again. I did respond to that via direct message between you, me, and Colleen. I know this can be frustrating, especially as you need our love and support.

My deepest condolences are with you as your mourn the loss of your PHriend. I am sending you big hugs, love, and prayers from Texas.

@ripple76, I’m so sorry for the loss of your friend. I hope it helps you find comfort in knowing that you surely made his last months better through your friendship. While that may be of little comfort at first, I pray that you are comforted in the coming months.
