If oxygen levels being low at rest is unusual for you, I would notify your doctor. Especially if they are dropping even while on oxygen. For me, my doctors advise me to turn up the oxygen to see if a higher flow rate helps. But I would definitely check with your doctor before doing that. How has the weather been near you? I know where I am the past few days have been an air alert day and have been so terrible for breathing which just makes it more difficult for getting the oxygen I need! On these days my oxygen really needs to be turned up.
