  Potential Treatment for BPD and PH in Newborns Without Affecting Bone Growth

  Adempas (riociguat), an approved therapy for adults with PH, may hold promise for treating newborns with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and the PH it can cause, research in an animal model of both diseases shows; doctors have resisted its use because of fears of bone growth problems.
