      Finding a balance with being active and rest is often a challenge for those of us with PH. PHA offers tips and tricks to help us maximize energy. These tips are shared by a PH nurse as well as several PH patients. If you missed this, you might want to listen.

      What are your favorite tips and tricks to maximize your energy? Napping or sleeping and dividing activities with breaks are helpful for me. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Canceling plans is OK. What about you? What about those of you who have small children at home? Please share your tips below.
