What Consistent Small Effort Do You Make Every Day?
In my column this week I shared the consistent small efforts my son has made from PH to transplant and post, that have played a huge part in his health wellness.
I’m placing this under “Weekly Wins” because I don’t think we give ourselves enough credit for what we do day in and day out to stay well. It becomes so routine that we forget that these small efforts add up to big weekly wins. Please share yours!

As newly diagnosed I am not sure I qualify to speak to this but as my ability to work clean hike play dropped off , I let all that go but I care for my pets . They are my source of joy.
