It’s been a while, and I’ve truly missed y’all! I’ve been busy working with our Bionews advocacy team, but I wanted to hop back in and check on everyone. This community has always meant so much to me.

I’m excited to share my latest column, where I reflect on the positive progress I’ve experienced since starting Yutrepia. It’s been an uplifting step forward, and I hope it brings a sense of hope to anyone exploring new treatments or navigating changes. 🌟

You can read it here ➡️ https://pulmonaryhypertensionnews.com/columns/pilates-new-ph-treatment-gave-me-boost-needed/

How have you all been? Any small victories, treatment updates, or hopeful moments lately? I’d love to catch up and hear what’s been keeping you inspired. 💜

Our wonderful @jen-cueva has been working hard with the BioNews advocacy team. I know we are missing her, but she remains with us through the work she is doing to benefit the PH community.

It was a busy time, and we all missed this post. I hope you will take a moment to read her column, especially those who have begun a new treatment or are about to. Share your thoughts and give Jen a little update about how you are doing. Let’s remind her of how much we appreciate her! 💜

@jen-cueva you truly my inspiration! First the decision to try a new medication we all know can be risky. You look at all the data from the trials, you hear all the positive outcomes from patients and you also look at all the downsides. You certainly do not want to go backwards nor add any complications that you will be facing. <div>

Then … it is the battle with your insurance, special pharmacies and spending hours on the phone researching the new roads and getting everything organized.

Jen, you not only did ALL of the above, you go out and increase your yoga and add Pilates to your regime!! YIKES!! 🤯 YOU do it all!! Yes, you get shortness of breath but you keep going!

You really are my inspiration – I am going to do more. Thank you Jen, I truly love you, you make my day. 😊🤗❤️

Hey @carol-volckmann , how are you my dear friend?

Please accept my apologies for the delay. As I continue my work with the Bionews Advocacy team, I haven’t been able to visit the forums or check in with you all as often as I would like.

However, I wanted to let you know how much your heartfelt words truly mean to me. Your support is invaluable, and you, my dear PHriend, are a constant inspiration. Sending you gentle love, positive thoughts, and prayers!☺💜🤗
