      I know that some people are driven by external rewards, but I always have been motivated by how I physically and mentally feel on the inside. For me, exercise has become less about how I look in the mirror and more about the strength in my body and how I feel day to day after staying active. I have had the help of my puppy to go on walks as much as possible through the day. With the nicer weather around the corner, that is also something that motivates me! Not just the “summer body” mentality, but the fact that I see a mental health change for the better when I stay active.

      What types of things motivate you to workout and be the best version of yourself? Are you motivated by external things (like seeing progress in the mirror) or is it more about the internal benefits for you? Share here!
