We hope you had a fantastic holiday break and are ready to take on 2025. Have you set any resolutions yet? Or maybe you’re thinking about ways to better care for yourself this year.I’m planning to dedicate one day a week to self-care. The day might shift depending on my schedule, but I’m determined to make it happen. Here’s what my self-care could look like: unplugging from social media, soaking in a relaxing bath with essential oils, diving into a favorite book, finally scheduling those doctor appointments I’ve been avoiding, taking a much-needed nap, or doing anything that makes me feel refreshed and cared for. And the best part? Enjoying that time guilt-free.
