    Happy New Year! 🎉

We hope you had a fantastic holiday break and are ready to take on 2025. Have you set any resolutions yet? Or maybe you’re thinking about ways to better care for yourself this year.

I’m planning to dedicate one day a week to self-care. The day might shift depending on my schedule, but I’m determined to make it happen. Here’s what my self-care could look like: unplugging from social media, soaking in a relaxing bath with essential oils, diving into a favorite book, finally scheduling those doctor appointments I’ve been avoiding, taking a much-needed nap, or doing anything that makes me feel refreshed and cared for. And the best part? Enjoying that time guilt-free.

How about you? Will 2025 be the year you make self-care a priority? We’d love to hear your plans—let’s talk about this!

Hey PHriends, how are y’all doing with self-care as we are now about midway through January?

Besides allowing myself to rest more, I am uncertain I’ve worked too much on self-care. I hope you all are doing much better.🤗

2025 has already begun to drop stones on my serenity. Be that as it may, I seem to be managing my PAH well. Managining my emotional reactions to the stones bouncing off me, that is the hard part. We have bcome a part of a community of post youth. There are few really joyful folks in this retirement fortress. It is as if I had booked passage on a ship delivering those who have already been around the world a few times but now are heading out on the final voyage.

I have published my eighth book and started on another tale of make believe. Take care. Sorry about LA’s fires. Fortunately none in northern Arizona. No one can ‘fix’ such disasters.

Hi @Randolph Reynolds , 2025 has started to be rather emotional for most of us. But I think we all work to do our best daily with all of this. I’m grateful to hear you are managing your PH well. Emotional and mental health also is part of what we must care for, so I’m hoping you can find things, like writing books, to help boost your mood.

What an achievement that is, you have now published 8 books, my PHriend! This is something that should offer you a little peace of mind and also pride. Congrats!

Yes, those wildfires are horrific, and I’m grateful I am not in the middle of that. It is a bit too close for comnfort for me. Those in LA are like our neighbors. Natural disasters come and go as they want; you’re right, you can’t fix that!

Hope all is good with your wife and you find something new this year to particpate in at your new residence. Hugs and blessings are with you, Randy.
