The PHenomenal project has launched a new video to raise awareness for pulmonary hypertension, a respiratory disease for which there is currently no cure. The project was created by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) and SteadyMed to celebrate everyone who is dealing with pulmonary hypertension.

In this video, produced by the award-winning photographer Michael Soo, 11 patients share their inspiring stories, show how they are ‘PHenomenal’ and bring their families and friends to the fight against pulmonary hypertension. In addition to the video, everyone is invited to participate in the PHenomenal campaign.

Pulmonary Hypertension Association and SteadyMed are “asking people with PH and their loved ones to submit photos and videos showing what makes them special using PHenomSelf,” as explained in the video. Patients, family members or friends can share photos or video submissions on Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the #PHenomSelf hashtag. “Together, let’s celebrate the unique and inspiring faces behind PH!”
