“It’s a very humbling experience to know that you can’t help your child, and you have to trust your child to the hands of someone else.” This emotional video and amazing little girl humbles us too.

After 100+ days at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and maximum life support for nearly 2 weeks, Alexis is now meeting her milestones. How did she do it? With help from the team at Children’s in Omaha. Our critical care and pulmonary hypertension specialists, cardiothoracic surgeons and exceptional nurses helped her back from the brink.
