Chloe talks about the importance of pulmonary rehabilitation, which includes a personalized exercise routine and continual monitoring. Exercises can be built on over time as you gain strength and stamina. Chloe explains that she does 20 minutes of cardio exercise, alternating between walking and jogging, followed by some resistance weight training six times a week, allowing her body a day to rest and recuperate.

Some of the tips Chloe gives to fellow pulmonary hypertension sufferers is to only compare yourself to yourself and not others, to visualize the things that you would like to do more easily when you’re stronger, and to turn up your oxygen supply while exercising.
