In this latest video from ChloesPHriend, popular member of the PH community, Chloe Temtchine, shares five ways to stay positive while living with pulmonary hypertension.

Chloe shares her tips for traveling with oxygen, which cannulas she prefers, and how to deal with some of the difficult and emotional moments the disease brings. She talks about how she came around to having to use oxygen all the time by naming her oxygen tank Steve Martin and decorating it.

Finally, she goes over the five things she constantly tells herself: she can get better, the body is meant to heal, be patient, visualize herself healed, and that while its good to have faith, she has to put in the hard work when it comes to looking after her body.
