Rare Disease Day is on February 28th. PH is one of many rare diseases. In honor of Rare Disease Day, let’s challenge ourselves to learn about a rare disease other than our own.

Do you know someone living with a rare disease other than PH? Share the name of the disease with us and what you know about it.
