I try each year and even through out the year to spread awareness as we$live with PH each new day and definitely. This is the PHight of our lives.

It truly is a fight, Jen. I’m glad that this forum is a part of my life because it feels good to talk to others who understand this fight personally. Sometimes it can be so hard to convey just how serious it all is, especially when we have periods where we are doing “well” or better than our bad days. It’s always hard to make people realize that even though there are “good days” it doesn’t mean we are all “better”. It’s a hard thing to accept for us and those who care about us.
