I would say yummy, @colleensteele, but for some reason, I am not a fan of scallops yet. My daughter says I have not had them prepared right for me, LOL.
IDK why, but it seems like a texture thing; I do not like jello, oysters, and things like that. But I have had baked oysters or grilled Rockefeller style and NOLA style, only small bites, LOL.
Do you like most all seafood then? Or is it just this particular dish? This is like a grilled scallop. I am sure that since it is Italian style, the sauce is divine.
