Laura Floeckher was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, a disorder which is often challenging to treat. Laura was diagnosed with a specific subtype which causes blood clots to form in her lungs. She came to the Mayo Clinic Pulmonary Hypertension and Vascular Disease Center in Jacksonville, Fl., for a complex surgical procedure in order to correct her condition.
