Finding Creative Outlets
Forum member, @grace-olive-collins, posted an update earlier today. She shares that drawing in coloring books and writing are two ways she reduces anxiety. Painting is one of the creative outlets that has really helped me, as I detail in this article. Now I’m focused on my passion for photography, but I try to build in time to draw, paint, or collage. Making something just feels so good!
