Meet Debbie Atkinson, a 54-year-old grandmother who was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, in 2002. After experiencing the most common symptom of PH (shortness of breath) in her day-to-day routine, Debbie knew she had to visit a doctor who could help her. At the time, she didn’t know she was living with a very rare and serious lung disease.
